For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash or personal checks. We also offer the flexibility of paying over 6 months time by using Care Credit. Care Credit is a no interest (if paid in full within the promotional period) credit card. You may apply by visiting www.carecredit.com.
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. For this reason, payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 630-469-1500.
Please remember that you are responsible for all fees charged for services rendered regardless of your insurance coverage. Any remaining balance after insurance benefits have been paid will be your responsibility. Prompt remittance is appreciated.
